Private Dining Room
East End Grill offers our unique Private Dining space for business meetings, social events, and family celebrations. The room can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people and is beautifully appointed with sliding Oak Barn Doors for privacy, hand-made walnut tables, and a 60” LED screen. We can customize a menu for your event that fits any occasion. With an educated and friendly staff with an eye for detail, we look forward to hosting your event at East End.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM
Lunch Rental– This dining option provides rental of our Private Dining Room from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. With this rental option, there is a $300 food and beverage minimum.
Early Dinner Rental– This dining option provides rental of our Private Dining Room from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. With this rental option, there is a $500 food and beverage minimum.
Late Dinner Rental– This dining option provides rental of our Private Dining Room from 8:00 PM – close. With this rental option, there is a $500 food and beverage minimum. A Late Dinner Rental will not be available on Sundays due to an earlier closing time.
Full Dinner Rental– This dining option provides rental of our Private Dining Room for the entire evening. Start and end times are flexible, as long as the chosen start time is after 4:00 PM. With this rental option, there is a $900 food and beverage minimum.
PRIVATE DINING POLICIES
We offer the use of our full menu to any reservation in our Private Dining Room. We also offer limited menus, course menus, and menus curated specifically for you and your guests’ wants and needs. If you would like to select a special menu for your event, the final selection will need to be made two weeks prior to your event.
THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY IN THE PRIVATE DINING ROOM IS 20 PEOPLE.
All contracts, menus, and headcount must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your event.
No outside food or beverages are permitted with the exception of cakes from licensed bakeries.
Flowers are permitted. Blooms and Petals is our preferred florist.
Decorations such as balloons, or table centerpieces, are permitted. Sparklers, confetti, glitter, or bubbles are not permitted. No decorations are allowed to be attached to any fixtures, walls, tables, etc. No tape or staples are allowed to attach décor. Any damages to the Private Dining Room are the responsibility of the guest.
