Private Dining Room
East End Grill offers our unique Private Dining space for business entertaining, social events and family celebrations. Your room can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people and is beautifully appointed with sliding Oak Barn Doors for privacy, hand-made walnut tables and a 60” LED screen for presentations, slide shows, or watching the game. We can customize a menu for your event that fits any occasion. With an educated and friendly staff with an eye for detail, we look forward to hosting your event at East End.
PRIVATE DINING FEATURES

PRIVATE DINING ROOM
In the inquiry form below, please select one of the following options for your private dining experience:
OPTION A: EARLY DINNER – This dining option provides rental of our Private Dining Room from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM. With this rental option, there is a $400 food and beverage minimum. There will be an added 20% service/gratuity fee and 7% sales tax based off the $400 minimum or greater amount spent.
If the event continues beyond 7:30 PM, a fee of $150 per hour (plus tax/gratuity) will be incurred.
OPTION B: LATE DINNER – This dining option provides rental of our Private Dining Room from 8:00 PM onward. With this option, there is a $400 food and beverage minimum. There will be an added 20% service/gratuity fee and 7% sales tax based off the $400 minimum or greater amount spent.
OPTION C: FULL RENTAL – This dining option provides full rental of our Private Dining Room for the entire evening with completely flexible beginning and ending times. With this option, there is a $750 food and beverage minimum. There will be an added 20% service/gratuity fee and 7% sales tax based off the $750 minimum or greater amount spent.
PRIVATE DINING POLICIES
- ANY SPECIAL MENU SELECTIONS WILL BE DUE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
- FINAL GUEST COUNTS WILL BE DUE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
- MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE PRIVATE DINING ROOM IS 20 PEOPLE.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES WILL BE PERMITTED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CAKES FROM APPROVED BAKERIES. A $20 CAKE CUTTING FEE WILL BE APPLIED.
- ANY DAMAGES TO OUR PRIVATE DINING ROOM CAUSED BY GUESTS DURING THE EVENT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOST. NO TAPE MAY BE USED IN THE PRIVATE DINING ROOM.
- THERE WILL BE A $100.00 CANCELATION FEE CHARGED TO THE CARD PROVIDED ON THE CONTRACT IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED LESS THAN 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
- PARTIES CANCELLED LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR THAT ARE A “NO SHOW” WILL BE CHARGED $500.
